Our clients are Happy & Healthy

"I was terrified to start treatment. I'd relapsed several times, and I felt like a failure. But from the moment I walked into the PHP, I felt welcomed and supported. The staff is incredible – they're compassionate, knowledgeable, and they genuinely care. What I didn't expect was the incredible sense of community. The group therapy sessions were so powerful. Sharing my struggles with others who understood, and hearing their stories, made me realize I wasn't alone. I've made some lifelong friends in this program, and I know I have their support even after I graduate. The PHP gave me hope again, and that's something I thought I'd lost forever."

Theo J

"I'd been to rehab before, but I always struggled to stay sober once I got back to my regular life. The PHP was different. It wasn't just about stopping drinking; it was about learning how to live a sober life. The individual therapy sessions were invaluable. My therapist helped me understand the underlying reasons for my addiction and taught me coping mechanisms I actually use. I learned how to identify my triggers, manage cravings, and deal with stress in healthy ways. The relapse prevention plan I developed in the program has been essential. I feel so much more confident in my ability to stay sober this time."

David K

"I came to the PHP struggling with both addiction and depression. What I really appreciated was that they addressed both issues simultaneously. They didn't just treat my addiction; they also helped me manage my depression through therapy and medication management. The holistic approach was also beneficial. The yoga and mindfulness classes helped me connect with myself in a way I never had before. The PHP gave me the tools to heal not just my addiction, but my whole self. I'm so grateful for the care and support I received."

Do I have to do residential before?

Yes, you are required to step down into PHP from a residential program.

Inpatient rehab requires clients to reside at the treatment facility 24/7. PHP offers similar intensity but allows clients to live at home (in a sober living house), maintaining some daily routines.

The length of PHP varies depending on individual needs and progress. It typically lasts several weeks, but the exact duration is determined on a case-by-case basis.

A typical day includes individual therapy, group therapy, educational sessions, skill-building workshops, and sometimes medication management.

The specific schedule varies by patient.

Yes, PHP has been shown to be effective in treating substance use disorders. It provides intensive support and helps individuals develop coping skills and strategies for long-term recovery.

Medication management is available if needed and is overseen by qualified medical professionals.

We believe family involvement is crucial. Family therapy sessions are often incorporated into the program to improve communication and support the recovery process.
