What We Treat

At Ethan Health, we provide comprehensive and compassionate care for individuals struggling with substance use disorders. We understand that addiction is a complex disease, and we offer a range of evidence-based treatments to help you on your path to recovery.

Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD)

Our evidence-based treatment programs address the physical, psychological, and social aspects of AUD, helping patients develop coping skills, manage cravings, and rebuild their lives. We provide a range of services, including medically supervised detoxification (through our affiliate partners), individual and group therapy, and medication-assisted treatment, all tailored to meet the unique needs of each person struggling with alcohol dependence.

Opioid Use Disorder (OUD)

We provide specialized treatment for opioid addiction, which includes dependence on prescription pain medications like oxycodone and hydrocodone, as well as illicit opioids like heroin. Our approach combines medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using medications like buprenorphine or naltrexone with comprehensive therapy to address the complex nature of opioid addiction and prevent relapse. We focus on managing withdrawal symptoms, addressing cravings, and developing long-term recovery strategies.

Stimulant Use Disorder (StUD)

Our clinics offer effective treatment for stimulant addiction, encompassing dependence on substances like cocaine, methamphetamine, and prescription stimulants. We utilize evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), to help individuals understand their triggers, develop coping mechanisms, and manage cravings. Our program focuses on addressing the psychological and social aspects of stimulant addiction to support lasting recovery.

Sedatives & tranquilizers

We offer specialized care for individuals struggling with addiction to sedatives and tranquilizers, such as benzodiazepines. Our treatment approach prioritizes safe and medically supervised detoxification to manage withdrawal symptoms, which can be particularly challenging with these substances. We then provide therapy to address the underlying causes of dependence and develop strategies for long-term recovery.

Cannabis Use Disorder (CUD)

We recognize that cannabis use can become problematic for some individuals, and we offer support and treatment for those struggling with cannabis use disorder. Our program focuses on understanding the impact of cannabis on an individual’s life, developing coping skills to manage cravings, and addressing any co-occurring mental health concerns that may contribute to problematic cannabis use.

Other substances

Our clinics also provide treatment for addiction to a range of other substances, including hallucinogens, inhalants, and other drugs. We tailor our treatment approach to the specific substance and the individual’s unique needs, utilizing evidence-based therapies and personalized care plans to support recovery.

We also address co-occurring mental health disorders, such as:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety disorders
  • Trauma-related disorders
  • Bipolar disorder

Our Levels of Care

We know every patient is unique and has a different need.
From Detox through to Outpatient, we offer the entire range of treatment support services for substance addiction treatment

Inpatient/Residential

Residential/Inpatient

24/7 care and support for individuals struggling with addiction. Our residential addiction treatment program typically last for 28-45 days.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

PHPs often require patients to attend treatment for several hours a day, multiple days a week, and may include medication management, individual and group therapy, and other treatment modalities. PHPs are usually designed for people who require more support than an outpatient program can provide but do not require 24-hour care in an inpatient hospital setting.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Intensive outpatient programs (IOPs) take place more often than typical outpatient programs—usually 9 hours or more of treatment per week for 3 to 5 days.

Telehealth

Outpatient

Outpatient substance abuse treatment is a form of rehabilitation in which people are treated on a part-time basis (usually 1-2 hours/week).
